This policy explains what information we collect, why we need it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection (LOPDGDD).

Data we collect
We may collect personal data in the following situations:
- Phone or WhatsApp contact: when you call or message us, we process your phone number and any information you share in order to manage your enquiry or appointment.
- Web analytics (Google Analytics 4): this site uses GA4, which collects anonymised browsing data (pages visited, duration, device, approximate location) via cookies. This information is used solely to improve the website. You can disable these cookies at any time (see our cookie policy).
We do not collect health data through this website. Clinical data from therapy sessions is handled in accordance with the professional ethics code of the Spanish College of Psychology and applicable healthcare regulations.
Purpose and legal basis
- Appointment and enquiry management: legal basis, performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Web analytics: legal basis, user consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given through the cookie consent banner.
Data retention
Contact data is kept for the duration of the professional relationship and, once it ends, for the legally required retention period. Analytics data is automatically deleted according to Google Analytics settings (maximum 14 months).
Recipients and data processors
We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law. To deliver the service we rely on the following data processors:
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Google Analytics 4): web analytics. Data may be transferred to the United States under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and security. International transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
- WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta): if you contact us via WhatsApp, your message is processed on Meta's infrastructure. International transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you can contact us by phone or email.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability by writing to [email protected] or by post to the address above. If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
